Requiem (A Thanksgiving for Life)
This major choral work may be performed in three different versions: with accompaniment for chamber ensemble, orchestra, or organ.
The world premiere of the Requiem was given in November 2007 by the Choir of Christ Church, Christiana Hundred, USA and the Choir of King’s College, Cambridge gave the first UK performance. The Requiem is fast becoming popular with choirs and will receive its Australian premiere in November 2008. The BBC Singers have recorded the work for broadcast on BBC Radio 3 and a recording by Regent Records will feature the Requiem with other choral pieces by the composer.
